- Measure the stair width and cut the nosing to length with a fine-tooth hacksaw or mitre saw.
- Dry-fit the profile on the step edge and check it sits flush.
- Mark the fixing holes, then drill and insert the plugs supplied.
- Screw the nosing down evenly, working from the centre outwards.
- Wipe clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the anodised finish.
Tip: for carpet or vinyl, fit the nosing after the floor covering is laid.
