Returns Policy
Returns on any item(s) purchased from our website will be accepted with a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
To initiate the refund process, please email us at Sales@stairsnosinguk.co.uk. Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition as when they arrived. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage for the items, as we cannot refund any postage costs, except in the case of a faulty product.
To claim a refund for any damaged or faulty items, the client must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send photographs of the damage to Sales@stairsnosinguk.co.uk. If the client has changed their mind, ordered the incorrect item, or chosen the wrong dimension, courier costs will be deducted from the total amount and will not be refunded in the event of the return of the goods. Additionally, a restock fee of 10% will apply to all products.
